Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is in compliance with 2019 GOLD; 2. COPD is stable and able to take care of life basically; 3. Can accept telephone follow-up; 4. Equipped with smart phone and willing to use; 5. Research subjects have basic understanding and reading ability, no mental disorders, and have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pulmonary volume reduction surgery, lung transplantation or pneumonectomy has been performed; 2. Limb dysfunction; 3. Cognitive dysfunction; 4. Family living in other provinces cannot be followed up.
