Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet one of the following two items: 1. Aged 30-79 years old, SBP in sitting position 140-159/90-99mmHg after 4 weeks of monotherapy, or SBP150-179/90-109mmHg without treatment , and basic heart rate>60bpm; 2. Aged 30-79 years old, the sitting blood pressure is 140-159/90-99mmHg after 4 weeks of treatment with two drugs, and the basal heart rate is more than 60bpm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed heart failure; 2. eGFR<30ml/min; 3. Coronary heart disease includes stable angina, myocardial infarction or acute coronary syndrome; 4. Stroke; 5. Secondary Hypertension; 6. Any comorbidities, physical or mental illnesses that may affect the successful completion of the study; 7. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Gout or blood K+<3.5mol/L; 9. Basic heart rate <60 beats/min; 10. Absolute contraindications of five major antihypertensive drugs.
