Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status: I - III; 3. Planned lung surgery; 4. The estimated time of ventilation with one lung >=1 hour; 5. Written inform consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refused to cooperate or be inappropriate; 2. Acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome or respiratory failure in last three months; 3. A history of lung surgery or uncontrolled asthma; 4. Preoperative Forced expiratory volume in the first second%(FEV1%)= 3), previous cerebral infarction history (history of hospitalization), severe liver disease (such as child-pugh score B or C in cirrhosis) or chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min); 6. Participation in another experimental protocol at the time of intervention selection.
