Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1 is necessary, 2, 3 meets one) 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. patients with multiple visceral or parietal pleural nodules without pleural effusion; 3. Patients with exudative pleural effusion of unknown origin (Sitting position Ultrasound showed pleural effusion <= 3cm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (Any one item) As follows: 1. Chest CT showed diffuse pleural adhesion; 2. The patient can't tolerate medical thoracoscopy in general: (1) can't tolerate the examination position; (2) unstable cardiac and hemodynamic conditions; (3) moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension; (4) aortic dissection; (5) myocardial infarction; (6) respiratory failure; (7) bleeding tendency (platelet count should be 1.2); (8) refractory cough; (9) the expected survival time is short and the general condition is poor.
