40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-75 years old; 2. Meet one of the following conditions: 1) FEV1/FVC =0.7 after application of bronchodilator; 3. Subjects must sign an informed consent form before participating in the study, and be able to participate in the study according to the plan and follow up for 5 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute exacerbation in the past 3 months; 2. Suffer from other obvious lung tissue-destructive diseases, such as severe bronchiectasis and tuberculosis; 3. Suffer from severe pleural disease and/or sternum and rib disease; 4. Suffer from serious uncontrolled other system diseases; 5. Chest surgery or abdominal surgery in the past 3 months; 6. Eye surgery or retinal detachment in the past 3 months; 7. Myocardial infarction and/or hospitalization due to heart disease in the past 3 months; 8. ongoing anti-tuberculosis treatment; 9. During pregnancy or lactation.
