18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between 18 to 65 years old, who undergo elective laparoscopic colorectal resection surgery and had the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I–II, were assessed for eligibility.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. inability to provide informed consent; 2. a neuromuscular disease or personal history or family history of malignant hyperthermia; 3. a serious heart, kidney, or liver condition; 4. previous colorectal surgical history; 5. allergies to medication to be used during anaesthesia; 6. body mass index(BMI)=35 kg/m2; 7. both hands cannot recept monitor; 8. arrhythmia.
