Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the internal medicine ICU, aged 40-70 years; 2. need mechanical ventilation; 3. ventilation duration is more than 1 day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intubation time >3 days; 2. Admitted to the internal medicine ICU after surgery; 3. already has Pathologic pain before operation; 4. has mental illness before; 5. Refuse to participate in the trial.
