Interventions

Nitroglycerin group:Intraoperative continuous infusion of normal saline containing nitroglycerin by micro pump

Control group:Intraoperative continuous infusion of normal saline without nitroglycerin by micro pump

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients and their family members were informed and voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent;(2) Age = 60 years old;(3) American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) classification of surgical patients' condition and physical condition II / III;(4) General anesthesia was used for selective operation;(5) The operation time was more than 3 hours;(6)entering ICU after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients meeting one of the following conditions are not included in the study:(1) ALI / ARDS was diagnosed before operation;(2) They were admitted to ICU before operation;(3) Severe chronic respiratory diseases;(4) Severe cardiac insufficiency;(5) Neuromuscular diseases (neurogenic cannot be offline);(6) Transplantation operation;(7) Cardiothoracic surgery (cardiac and aortic surgery, thoracoscopy and thoracotomy);(8) There were contraindications of nitroglycerin (intracranial pressure increased, allergic to nitroglycerin, etc.);(9) The patients were treated with nitroglycerin and other nitrates within 3 days before operation;(10) Experience showed that nitroglycerin should be used during operation;(11) Another group of drug trials were conducted at the same time;(12) Other reasons.
