65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Willing to cooperate with this study; 4. Patients undergoing primary total hip arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of nerve block: serious abnormal coagulation function, infection of puncture site, etc.; 2. Long term history of sedative or other psychotropic drugs; 3. For any reason can not cooperate with the research: difficult position, language understanding disorders, mental illness, etc.; 4. Severe hearing and visual impairment, unable to complete cam-cr score and VAS score; 5. Morbid obesity (body mass index [BMI] > 35 kg / m2); 6. Allergic history of amide local anesthetics; 7. Chronic pain history, long-term use of analgesics.
