Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. according to the diagnostic criteria of cerebral palsy in the consensus of experts on the etiological diagnostic strategies of cerebral palsy; 2. according to the diagnostic criteria of spastic cerebral palsy; 3. Aged 1 to 3 years old; 4 .indwelling nasogastric feeding tube or gastrostomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious heart and lung dysfunction, there are important organ failure or critical condition; 2. vital signs in children with unstable.
