Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20 to 60 years; 2. Blood glucose that met diagnostic criteria for diabetes; glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1C)<9 %; 3. BMI<35 kg/m2; 4. Women with regular menstrual cycles; 5. not pregnant or lactating or planning a pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant; 2. acute illness; 3. digestive system disease; 4. autonomic neuropathy (such as diabetic gastroplegia); 5. cardiovascular disease; 6. mental illness and comprehension disorders; 7. reluctance to eat research food; 8. allergic to beans or latex.
