60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 75 years old; 2. In line with the international Association for the Study of pain chronic pain diagnostic criteria: pain lasting 3 monthsAbove, visual analogue scale (VAS) score >=3, daily (or almost daily) pain; 3. Pain area: neck, shoulder, waist, leg; 4. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No ability to act autonomously; 2. With a serious disease or obvious physical defect; 3. Severe cognitive impairment; 4. Receiving other psychological intervention or training; 5. Lower than junior middle school education level.
