Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women are not limited, ages 20-50, all agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent; 2. Patients diagnosed as dry eye according to the Tear Film and Ocular Surface Society (TFOS) Dry Eye Workshop(DEWS) II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous ocular surface diseases such as allergic conjunctivitis; 2 .Patients with Sjogren's syndrome; 3. Patients with alterations in the lacrimal drainage system such as punctal occlusion; 4. Patients who used treatments for Dry Eye Disease within the last month; 5. patients who used contact lenses within the past month; 6. A history of ocular trauma or surgery within one year; 7. People with serious systemic diseases and are not suitable for strenuous exercise.
