50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II; 3. Scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 4. Patients aged 50~80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with major psychological problems, a history of mental illness or speech impairment; 2. Diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control (arbitrary fasting blood glucose >8mmol/L), major cardiovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, history of gastric ulcer, and disorder of coagulation function; 3. patients with a history of alcohol, drug or drug abuse; 4. those who cannot successfully complete the rehabilitation plan due to central or peripheral neuromuscular defects; 5. Allergy to any of the experimental drugs.
