Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of retrospective study: 1. The patients who were diagnosed as sifk by X-ray and magnetic resonance imaging of knee joint; 2. Patients with detailed demographic data and physical and chemical examination data. Inclusion criteria for prospective studies: 1. Patients with knee joint pain who received MRI examination and were finally diagnosed as sifk; 2. Patients aged over 18 years old; 3. The patients voluntarily participated in the study and were physically and mentally tolerant to the treatment process and various tests of the study. They have signed the informed consent and passed the examination of all the hospital ethics committees participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary osteonecrosis of knee joint (trauma, hormone or alcohol, etc.); 2. Patients with previous knee surgery history; 3. The researcher judged that the patient no longer met the criteria of the study due to compliance problems; 4. Patients with cancer and other diseases that may affect the research results.
