Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than 18 years old; 2. Patients or their designated relatives sign informed consent forms; 3. Patients with ventricular arrhythmia undergoing radiofrequency ablation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bronchial asthma or history of bronchial asthma; 2. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 3. Patients with sinus bradycardia; 4. Patients with second to third degree atrioventricular block; 5. Patients with refractory cardiac insufficiency; 6. Patients with cardiogenic shock; 7. Patients allergic to esmolol; 8. Patients undergoing other clinical trials.
