Interventions

Experimental group:Give etoricoxib 120 mg qd*5 days within 72 hours of acute gout attack
Febuxostat 20mg qd+colchicine 0.5mg qd*3 months
For acute attacks of gouty arthritis, start the treatment for 1, 3, 5, 7 days and 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months to do the joint pain VAS score, and check the inflammation&
Control group:Give etoricoxib 120 mg qd*5 days within 72 hours of acute gout attack
Colchicine 0.5mg qd*3 months
Acute onset of gout, pain relief for 2 weeks, start to give febuxostat 20mg qd to 3 months
For acute attacks of gouty arthritis, start treatment for 1, 3, 5, 7 days, and 2 weeks, 1 month

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1977 or 2015 ACR (American College of Rheumatology) gout classification criteria and fasting serum uric acid >=480 umol/L at the time of screening; 2. patients with frequent attacks of gouty arthritis (patients with more than 2 attacks per year); 3. Aged between 18 to 75 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe infection patients, patients with infection or co-infection around joints or joints; 2. malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, blood system diseases and pregnancy; 3. patients with a history of mental illness; 4. Patients who are intolerant to colchicine, or are allergic to colchicine and febuxostat; 5. may confuse other joint diseases of gouty arthritis; 6. those who need to use immunosuppressive agents for systemic treatment; 7. A history of active peptic ulcer within 1 year or active peptic ulcer at screening; 8. myocardial infarction, unstable angina, percutaneous coronary angioplasty, coronary artery bypass graft, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage occurred within 1 year, subarachnoid hemorrhage or transient ischemic attack, and other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events leading to hospitalization; 9. patients who have been regularly treated with uric acid-lowering drugs in the past month.
