Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Coronary heart disease patients diagnosed according to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of CORONARY heart disease, patients confirmed by coronary angiography as complex and difficult lesions and patients with lost revascularization treatment indications, and patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of syndrome X were included in A long-term study; 2. Patients with acute myocardial ischemia confirmed by coronary angiography to meet the interventional indications were included in item B of the perioperative study; 3. Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled hypertension (> 180/110mmhg); 2. Patients with active bleeding and known clotting disease or platelet disease in the first 3 months were included; 3. Major operations such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) angioplasty were performed within the first 3 months; 4. patients who, in the opinion of the investigator, are likely to interfere with the normal conduct of the study or do not cooperate well with the study or are likely to present obvious risks, such as alcohol or drug abusers, cancer, severe liver, kidney, lung, endocrine (such as uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid disease), neurological or blood system diseases; 5. Known or suspected pregnancies (baseline -HCG pregnancy test must be performed for women of childbearing age), and menstruating women; 6. Acute myocardial infarction is associated with cardiogenic shock, moderate to severe aortic valve insufficiency, various cardiac valvular diseases or congenital heart disease, and severe heart arrhythmias with cardiac insufficiency; 7. Aortic dissection, coronary artery aneurysm, coronary artery fistula, and other systemic and obvious organic diseases; 8. History of limb disability or new trauma severe limb infection limb deep venous thrombosis limb thrombophlebitis limb or existing history of severe trauma; 9. History of hemorrhagic disease or cerebral hemorrhage systemic bleeding tendency or recent history of acute hemorrhagic disease; 10. Neoplasms or intracranial vascular malformations.
