Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primiparas with dilatation of the cervix and regular contractions; 2. Be between 18-45 years old; 3. Full-term pregnancy from 37 weeks to less than 42 weeks; 4. Informed consent to the study and the informed consent were signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who do not speak Chinese; 2. Multiple pregnancy; 3. Previous head and neck surgery; 4. Hypertensive diseases during pregnancy; 5. Previous history of mental illness or family history of mental illness.
