Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. The dialysis mode of stable maintenance hemodialysis patients with dialysis age >=3 months was relatively fixed; 3. Blood purification time >=10 hours per week; 4. Kt / V >=1.2 in the first 8 weeks; 5. Sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Life expectancy < 1 year; 2. White blood cell count < 4x10^9/L or platelet count < 100x10^9/L; 3. Active or chronic gastrointestinal bleeding, or with clear coagulation dysfunction; 4. Malignant tumor; 5. Active infection; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. The patients were treated with regular hemoperfusion for more than 6 months and at least once every 2 weeks; 8. Those who are unable or unwilling to comply with the requirements of the protocol formulated by the researcher.
