Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged >=65 years; 2. de novo DLBCL without treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe Uncontrolled infection; 2. Central nervous system involvement; 3. patients who have participated in any other clinical trials within 1 month before being selected.
