Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent childless women meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary dysmenorrhea; 2. Basic regularity of menstruation, no other relevant treatment received in recent three months; 3. No previous history of abdominal surgery, uterine cavity operation, medical abortion, etc.; 4. No cold symptoms and normal temperature in the past two weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women during pregnancy; 2. Received related treatment for dysmenorrhea in recent three months; 3. Those who have taken painkillers within 24 hours before intervention; 4. Patients with secondary dysmenorrhea (with organic lesions in gynecology); 5. Considering other suspected diseases in combination with medical history, physical examination and auxiliary examinations; 6. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney, hematopoietic systems and other primary diseases seriously endangering life, as well as neurological and psychiatric patients.
