25 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: URPL group: 1. females aged 25-40 year old; 2. Spontanous miscarrige >=2 times Control group: 1. Female aged 25-40 year old; 2. Spontanous miscarrige < 2 times.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormalities in husband and wife or embryos; 2. Abnormal reproductive tract; 3. Abnormal endocrine system; 4. SLE, APS, RA and AS autoimmune diseases; 5. When a person is known to be HIV positive and/or screening visits, positive for hepatitis B surface antigen or antibody to hepatitis C virus; 6. Patients with a history of chronic infections such as mycoplasma, chlamydia, cryptococcus, and invasive fungal infections should be discussed with the principal investigator; 7. A history of active tuberculosis (TB) or evidence of previous TB infection.Subjects with a history of underlying TB infection should also be excluded unless documented evidence of having completed appropriate anti-TB treatment in accordance with CDC guidelines or local regulations prior to screening.In addition, subjects are strictly prohibited from having any clinical symptoms/signs of active TB; 8. Malignant neoplasms occurring within the last 5 years (except for cutaneous squamous basal cell carcinomas that have been removed and considered cured).Subjects with a malignant tumor five years ago should provide evidence of remission or cure.Subjects with a history of cervical cancer will be admitted if they have had cervical cancer tapered or cured within the past 3 years.
