Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In September 2020, Xiangtan University and Hunan University of Science and Technology will be admitted as freshmen; 2. Willing to accept EC and TST testing; 3. Willing to provide information on past medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those unable to participate in or complete all surveys and testing items; 2. Those who do not agree to participate in this project or cannot provide written informed consent; 3. Receive live vaccination or biological treatment within 4 weeks; 4. EC skin test suffers from acute infectious diseases (such as measles, whooping cough, influenza, pneumonia, etc.), acute otitis media, acute conjunctivitis, extensive skin diseases and allergies.
