Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accord with diagnostic criteria about Psoriasis Vulgaris in China Clinical Dermatology; 2. Aged between 18 to 65 years; 3. Understanding and cooperating nursing work; 4. Signing the informed consent form and voluntarily involved in this study; 5. Audited and approved by themedical ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pregnancy or lactation; 2. Patients with psoriasis arthropathica, psoriasis erythroderma or pustular psoriasis; 3. Patients who have used hormones, immunosuppressive agents, etc. within two weeks; 4. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Patients with severe function lesion of liver and kidney, active pulmonary tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism or other severe visceral diseases.
