Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: selection criteria for chronic primary angle closure glaucoma 1. IOP>21 mmHg; 2. Angle close greater that 180 degree; 3. The optic nerve has typical glaucoma changes, and the visual field defect is graded in the advanced stage, which meets the standards of trabeculectomy. selection criteria for primary angle open glaucoma: 1. IOP>21 mmHg; 2. Angle open; 3. The typical glaucoma changes of the optic nerve, and the visual field defect is graded in the advanced stage, which meets the standards of trabeculectomy. selection criteria for cataract: 1. Corrected visual acuity<0.5; 2. IOP<21mmHg; 3. Angle open. 4)phacoscotasmus,no glaucoma and other changes in the fundus optic disc, in line with cataract surgery standards
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for chronic primary angle closure glaucoma: 1. secondary angle-closure glaucoma caused by uveitis, lens subluxation 2.diabetic retinopathy Exclusion criteria for primary angle open glaucoma: 1. Exfoliation syndrome secondary to glaucoma 2.pigmented glaucoma 3.uveitis secondary to glaucoma Exclusion criteria for cataract: Cataracts caused by other secondary factors.
