4 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age at least 4 years old, defecate 2 or less times a week; (2) Stool incontinence at least once a week; (3) Defecation takes a long time or needs to be driven by willpower; (4) Difficulty and painful bowel movements; (5) Rectum with too much stools; (6) History of large diameter stools that may hinder the toilet; Must include 2 or more of the above, occur at least once a week, and last at least 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Constipation caused by organic causes; (2) Cannot eat by mouth or cannot take samples according to regulations; (3) Under medication period or not suitable for test; (4) Unclear main complaint.
