Inclusion criteria: This project selected 80 children with ametropic amblyopia from 5 to 8 years old who were diagnosed in the outpatient clinic, and 50 children with the same type of strabismus after surgery. All children patients used the international standard visual acuity chart for routine near and far visual acuity test, and who were checked fundus, anterior segment eye position, eye refractive interstitium, ocular motility, etc., exclude organic ocular diseases. After follow-up visits, children with ametropic amblyopia have binocular corrected visual acuity >=0.8. Thirty children of the same age with normal vision without refractive error, no strabismus, and no eye disease were selected as the control group of each experimental group. Routine eye examinations include: ocular fundus, anterior segment, refractive interstitium, eye position, ocular motility, etc. to exclude ocular organic diseases, and perform optometry, corneal curvature, contrast sensitivity, and three-level visual function examination of the eyes.
