18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 70 years; 2) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Physical Condition Score (PS) 0-1; 3) Patients with tracheal-bronchial NSCLC confirmed by pathology and/or cytology as stage III/IV; 4) No major organ dysfunction, blood routine, liver and kidney function and heart function are basically normal. White blood cell count >=4.0x10^9/L, neutrophil count >=1.5x10^9/L, platelet count >=100x10^9/L, hemoglobin >=95g/L, serum bilirubin <=1.5 ULN, gluten C Transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase <=2 ULN, blood creatinine <=1.5mg/dl, 5) The estimated survival time is more than 3 months; 6) Those who can understand the research and have signed the informed consent; 7) Positive driver gene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Past allergic reactions to biological agents; 2) Are receiving other anti-cancer treatments; 3) Other: can not tolerate seed implantation and targeted therapy.
