Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of uterine fibroids; (2) the patients had surgical indications and HIFU indications (refer to the consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids);; (3) the preoperative examination was complete, and there were no contraindications of operation, anesthesia and HIFU treatment after assessment; the consent of patients and their families was obtained, and the informed documents were signed; (4) aged <=35 years, without birth contraindications, and had fertility requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There were myomectomy history of uterine fibroids, including transabdominal, laparoscopic and hysteroscopy; (2) contraindications to HIFU treatment (refer to the consensus of Chinese experts on diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids); contraindications to surgery and anesthesia; (3) suspected malignant transformation or unclear diagnosis indicated by MRI.
