Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. Coronary angiography (CAG) to diagnose acute myocardial infarction; 3. Cardiac color Doppler ultrasound or cardiac MRI confirms acute ventricular septal perforation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The number of patients with ventricular septal perforation after acute myocardial infarction is rare, and the exclusion criteria are not used temporarily, and all patients are included for prognostic observation.
