Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute ischemic stroke diagnosed by CT / MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. intracerebral hemorrhage, malignant tumor, sarcopenia, liver insufficiency and renal insufficiency (creatinine > 1.5 mg/dl), febrile disorders and autoimmune diseases; intolerance or allergy to alcohol consumption, regular use of sedative/hypnotics; 2. without informed consents, lost blood samples, or current use of metronidazole or warfarin, and psychiatric illness; 3. lost or give up during the follow-up.
