Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, BMI < 30 kg / m2, blood pressure < 140 / 90 mmHg and no family history of hypertension; 2. The results of routine physical examination items of unified organization were normal (including routine hematuria, liver and kidney function, thyroid function, blood lipid, electrolyte, fasting blood glucose, C-peptide, insulin, 2-hour blood glucose, C-peptide, insulin, glycosylated hemoglobin, etc.) in the unified organization; 3. Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women in menstruation, pregnancy and lactation; 2. Drugs affecting aldosterone concentration (ACEI, ARBs, beta blockers, dihydropyridine CCB, central a 2 receptor blockers, diuretics, NSAIDs) were used within two weeks; 3. Heart disease, kidney disease, liver cirrhosis, liver tumor, serious infection, osteoporosis and other diseases; 4. Smokers (smoking index = number of cigarettes per day * years of smoking, smoking index > 400 is defined as smokers), alcoholics (drinking at least twice a week, drinking about 200 ml of 53 degree liquor each time)
