Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Receiving the first diagnosis of the rheumatoid arthritis,according to the 1987 American Rheumatology Association (ARA) revised classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis and 2009 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; 2. Patients with a total score of less than or equal to 5.1 on the DAS score 28 (mild to moderate activity); 3. Adults, over 18 years of age, will voluntarily participate in this study; 4. Have good communication skills; 5. Have the availability of mobile APP condition and use it correctly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other coexisting diseases, including serious cardiopulmonary disease,liver or kidney disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes, blood diseases and malignant tumor; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Dementia, severe cognitive disorders or psychiatric disorders that would make the patient unlikely to complete the study.
