Pregnancy fatigue group:Measures fatigue and fetal development indicators
Non-fatigue during pregnancy:Measures fatigue and fetal development indicators
Labor fatigue group:The index of fatigue influencing factors was measured.
Postpartum fatigue group:Fatigue and offspring outcome measures were measured.
Non-fatigue during postpartum:Fatigue and offspring outcome measures were measured.
Non-fatigue during labor:The index of fatigue influencing factors was measured.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The maternal aged >=18 years old and their offspring; 2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women with a history of chronic fatigue or pre-pregnancy depression; (2) Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; (3) Prenatal examination screening fetuses with high risk of chromosomal abnormalities (suspicious or confirmed); (4) Maternal has chronic diarrhea, active tuberculosis, serious kidney disease or heart disease and other diseases that affect the development of the baby.
