18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient who after been informed of the investigational nature of this study have given written informed consent 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. SBP>=180 mm Hg and/or DBP>=120 mm Hg with evidence of acute end organ damage; 4. SBP>=220 mm Hg and/or DBP>=130 mm Hg without evidence of any acute end organ damage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of any investigational drug within 30 days; 2. Acute or Chronic liver failure; 3. Known left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 35%; 4. Acute Pulmonary edema; 5. History of obstructive airway diseases; 6. Sinus bradycardia and atrioventricular blocks; 7. Pregnant and lactation; 8. Pheochromocytoma; 9. Known allergies to any of the study drug(s).
