Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. Patients who meet the WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and have 1-2 stents implanted in percutaneous coronary intervention are diagnosed as low-risk patients based on the risk stratification of coronary heart disease-patient exercise rehabilitation; 3. Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)> 50%; 4. Single coronary artery disease; 5. Patients with cardiac function classification I/II; 6. No speech disadvantage, no mental illness, normal communication, free physical activity; 7. Patients and their family members agree and actively cooperate with sports rehabilitation therapy; 8. Patients with puncture via radial artery and ulnar artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the risk stratification of exercise rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease, patients who are diagnosed as medium and high risk factors; 2. Complicated with cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia (atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, sinus tachycardia), sudden cardiac death, and aortic dissection, mitral valve, tricuspid valve stenosis or insufficiency , Patients with complications such as heart failure and heart function above grade III; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, infection, tumor, anemia; 4. Combined with severe lung diseases (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, emphysema, bronchiectasis, pulmonary heart disease, etc.); History of major surgery and trauma within 5.3 months; 6. No history of falls within half a month; 7. Past history of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction within 1 month; 8. Uncontrolled hypertension (resting state) systolic blood pressure> 160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure> 100mmHg; 9. Patients with femoral artery puncture.
