Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selection for disease: Interrupted Aortic Arch,Coarctation of aorta, Aortic Stenosis, Subvalvular Aortic Stenosis, Supravalvular Aortic Stenosis. Including Patent Foramen Ovale, Ventricular Septal Defect, Atrial Septal Defect, Patent Ductus Arteriosus 2. Other Ruquirements (1) Fisrt time surgery b.Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVMI>95 percent of the same sex and age children); (2) Aged <=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combination of other complex intracardiac malformations or syndromes; (2) Operation age <34 week; (3) Operation weight<3000g; (4) Emergency operation; (5) Residual obstruction and shunt.
