Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Understand and sign the informed consent form voluntarily; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years old; 3. Patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma, stage IA ~ III a; 4. Radical resection of primary liver cancer (including open surgery or laparoscopic surgery) was performed; 5. The definition of patients with high recurrence risk: (1) patients with single tumor: Patients with tumor diameter >=5cm; or (2) patients with single tumor: Patients with tumor diameter >=5cm, One of the following criteria should be met: 1) microvascular invasion (MVI) was found in pathological report; 2) grade 1 portal vein tumor thrombus or slight hepatic vein end invasion; 3) satellite lesions; 4) preoperative alpha fetal protein (AFP) >=400ng/ml; or (3) patients with multiple tumors. 6. Sorafenib was used to prevent recurrence or metastasis of liver cancer patients after surgery (sorafenib should be used for at least 1 month).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Use other anti hepatoma drugs to prevent recurrence or metastasis of liver cancer patients after surgery; (2) Severe liver cirrhosis (child grade C), moderate or above ascites; (3) Liver cancer with portal vein tumor thrombus or obstructive jaundice (>=3.0 upper limit of normal value) and liver failure, and hepatic encephalopathy which is difficult to control; (4) Severe coagulation mechanism disorder, bleeding tendency, abnormal coagulation index (< 50%); (5) There were serious uncontrolled medical diseases, recent history of myocardial infarction (within 3 months), acute infection; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Primary hepatocellular carcinoma has extrahepatic metastasis; (8) Patients who can be resected surgically but do not agree with surgical treatment.
