Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. children aged less than 18 years old; 2. systemic lupus erythematosus patients who fulfilled the Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics(SLICC-2012)classification criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SLE patients who had been treated by biological agents
