55 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hoehn and Yahr stage 1–3; 2. Aged 45 to 80 years; 3. right-handed; 4. non-demented at last assessment (clinical impression and Montreal Cognitive Assessment score =26).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to fMRI or TMS; 2. epilepsy or past significant psychiatric disorders.
