Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with the first stroke and the lesion located in the left cerebral hemisphere are in line with the major stroke diagnosis points in China 2019 (Chinese Society of Neurology, 2019); 2. Clast scale was used to evaluate aphasia diagnosis; 3. Right-handedness as assessed by the Edinburgh Handedness Questionnaire; 4. The course of disease is more than 1 month; 5. Mother tongue is Chinese; 6. Aged 40~70 years old; 7. The patient or authorized the client to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other central nervous system diseases; 2. persons with obvious disturbance of consciousness or mental disorder; 3. Have a history of epileptic seizures; 4. The body is installed with a pacemaker; 5. Having metal foreign bodies or skull defects on the head; 6. People who are claustrophobic; 7. Women in pregnancy.
