Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II-III grade, age <=3 years old; 2. Patients who intend to undergo selective lateral thoracotomy and require atrial septal or ventricular septal defect repair under cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. Parents sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of chest surgery; 2. Previous respiratory disease; 3. Abnormal preoperative chest radiograph; 4. Abnormal airway, lung dysplasia; 5. Preoperative ventilator support ventilation; 6. SPO2<95% when inhaling air; 7. Using cardiotonic drugs,
