Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of DBA, it conforms to the diagnosis of typical or non-typical DBA; 2. Patients with transfusion dependence who failed regular glucocorticoid treatment (transfusion dependence was defined as requiring at least 2 units or 30 ml/kg of red blood cell suspension every 8 weeks before inclusion to maintain hemoglobin >=80g/L.); 3. No conditions or intention of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation within 3 months; 4. Informed consent of the guardian and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children under 1 year old; 2. There are contraindications for the application of recombinant interferon -2B; 3. The guardian does not agree or cannot obtain the guardian's consent.
