20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic curettage is performed due to "abnormal uterine bleeding", and the pathological diagnosis is endometrial hyperplasia; 2. Aged 20-45 years, willing to participate in the study and sign the consent form; 3. Patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia who require fertility preservation and refuse to remove the uterus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have used metformin or hormone drugs in the past 6 months; 2. Have serious liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in the past; 3. Have contraindications of using metformin; 4. Have family history or history of thrombosis; 5. The pathological results of endometrial carcinoma; 6. Diabetic patients who need insulin injection; 7. Have other malignant tumors of reproductive system.
