Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years old; 2. Selective pneumonectomy (resection of metastatic tumor, segmental resection, lobectomy, pneumonectomy or pleuropneumonectomy); 3. Informed consent, willing to accept follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, liver, kidney, endocrine or blood diseases before operation; 2. Patients with drug allergy history (opioids, local anesthetics, NSAIDs); 3. Morbid obesity (BMI > 40); 4. Patients with chronic chest pain; patients with chronic pain syndrome; patients receiving chronic analgesic treatment (morphine >=30 mg daily) or other opioids of the same dose; 5. Patients with drug abuse history; 6. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients with mental illness.
