Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The maternal age >= 18 years old and their offspring; 2. Normal understanding and cognitive ability, clear expression ability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with a history of chronic fatigue or pre-pregnancy depression; 2. Pregnant women with genetic metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormalities; 3. Prenatal examination screening fetuses with high risk of chromosomal abnormalities (suspicious or confirmed); 4. Maternal has chronic diarrhea, active tuberculosis, serious kidney disease or heart disease and other diseases that affect the development of the baby.
