Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Prospective inclusion of humeral lateral condyle fractures that have been seen in our department from October 1, 2020; (2) Aged 0-14 years; (3) Acute elbow fractures seen within 24 hours after injury; (4) Fractures with clear indications for surgery; (5) Fractures that have not been treated/fixed only by plaster casters in hospitals and other medical institutions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with nerve and blood vessel damage found on physical examination upon admission; (2) No displacement/slight displacement Elbow joint fracture.
