18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged from 18 to 70, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with 20 kg / m2 = 1500mg / D for 3 months or more, 7% <= HbA1c <= 9%; 5. Patients voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form; 6. Patients who can communicate well and comply with the requirements of the whole experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and other organic heart diseases diagnosed in the past or at present; 2. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma in recent 6 months; 3. Patients with severe infection (including urinary tract infection) in recent 3 months; 4. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency: Patients with transaminase more than 2.5 times of normal value or EGFR <= 60ml; 5. Patients with NYHA grade IV cardiac function; 6. Patients with acute cerebrovascular disease in recent 3 months; 7. Patients with proliferative fundus lesions; 8. Patients with malignant tumor or history of hormone use in recent 6 months; 9. Patients with pregnancy plan in the near future; 10. Patients with a history of allergy to SGLT2 inhibitors or DPP4 inhibitors.
