18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of case group 1. Those patients with long-term (>= 6 months) hemodialysis in the blood purification center of our hospital; 2. Age: 18-70 years, male: female: about 1:1; 3. Patients with clear ultrasound images of body surface; 4. Patients who can complete dialysis and follow-up according to dialysis plan. The inclusion criteria of the control group: healthy people matched with gender and age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for case group: 1 1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction and major vessel surgery within 3 months; 2. Patients with acute chest pain lasting more than 20 minutes within 2 weeks; 3. Patients with intramuscular injection and trauma history within two weeks; 4. History of autoimmune disease, rheumatic heart disease, thyroid disease, epilepsy or malignant tumor; 5. Patients with arrhythmia, including persistent atrial fibrillation, CLBBB, frequent premature beats, etc. The exclusion criteria of the control group were as follows 1. Patients with previous history of coronary heart disease, including angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, after coronary artery bypass grafting or coronary stent implantation; 2. Patients with large vessel level or intracardiac shunt; 3. Patients with heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy or pericardial disease; 4. Patients with a history of heart failure; 5. Patients with arrhythmia, including persistent atrial fibrillation, CLBBB, frequent premature beat, etc; 6. Patients with unclear ultrasound images.
